Unlike Alex, Mirra hadn't had trouble sleeping. It was annoying to be back, but she wasn't scared, and the Keystone could be used for sleep meditation too(as long as it didn't create the brain probe sensation). In fact, when Alex started knocking on the door at around 9am, she was still asleep. She groggily got up in her pajamas and answered the trailer door.
"Alex, what?" Mirra asked, yawning. "You kinda woke me up..."
"Can we go to the real world now?" Alex asked. Mirra glared at him.
"Let me get dressed first." She said. "Have you even eaten breakfast yet?"
"No..." Alex replied.
"Then go eat breakfast while I get ready. You can probably get something to eat in the Shack unless they ditched us and went to the diner." She made a face as if the last time that happened hadn't been pleasant.
"They're at the Shack." Alex confirmed. Mirra nodded and shooed him off, shutting the door.
He walked into the kitchen a few seconds later. Grunckle Stan grunted as he came in.
"Oh look, it's our wonderful uninvited guest." Stan grumbled. "If I get any more mouths to feed, I'm gonna go broke!" Alex stood there awkwardly before taking a few of the bills from selling Gideon's ice-cream and offering them to Stan.
"I can pay you." Alex offered. Stan looked at the bills suspiciously before smiling at taking them out of his hand.
"Y'know what?" Stan said. "You're alright! Eat whatever you'd like." Alex smiled, knowing that he'd nailed it with Stan's love of money.
Alex grabbed a bowl of "Overly Sensitive Owl" cereal and sat down at the empty chair(Stan had finished eating) across from where Mabel was sitting. Mabel and Dipper looked at him as he sat down.
"Hi." Dipper said.
"Good morning." Alex replied. No one was in a very talkative mood, so nobody said anything until Mirra came in a few minutes later.
"Hey guys." Mirra said. "How's it going?" Mabel smiled and nodded through a mouthful of cereal, Dipper just yawned. Mirra frowned.
"And Alex, what the heck did you wake me up for? It's not like waiting will kill us."
"I just..." Alex paused.
"Did you even sleep last night?" Mirra interrupted.
"Barely." Alex admitted. "Anyway, though. I had this dream last night." Mirra looked at him seriously.
"What happened in it?"
"Well, um, so Entropy was in it, and he told me that he wasn't going to let us leave today. And then he disappeared, and then Bill was there, and he showed me the Big Dipper on a map of North America." Alex replied. Dipper had looked up when he said "Dipper."
Alex laughed nervously. "But it is just a dream, right?"
"You were acting on it." Mirra noted.
"What?" Alex asked.
"You were acting on it. You wanted to be out of here first thing because you were worried that Entropy was gonna come and stop us. You wanted to be gone before that could happen."
"Yeah." Alex said. "Pretty much. But you're gonna tell me not to worry about it, right? It's just a dream..."
"Alex, no." Mirra replied. "This isn't good." She paused. "Bill. Can you tell me exactly what Bill did?"
"Who's Bill?" Dipper interrupted. "Isn't he that triangle guy?"
"Dipper, shush." Mirra said, waving him off. She looked back at Alex.
"Well, he walked over to this map of North America, and then he started tapping places with his cane, and then they would glow...and...I think two of the places were Gravity Falls and Piedmont. I didn't recognize most of the others."
Mirra nodded.
"Bill showed you the seven stars." Mirra said.
"Wait, so you know what that was about?"
"Kinda." She said. "It's complicated." She took the keystone out of her pocket. "You're really ready to leave?"
"I'd thought you'd never ask." Alex said, smiling.  Mirra motioned for him to come outside.
But neither of them were going home anytime soon...
